Web Design Manuals

As an experienced Web Designer and trainer I am often called upon to train people in this area. I have trained exclusively in Dreamweaver and Frontpage for the past 3 years using various manuals.

The thing with training people in Web design is that half the work is really performed in a graphics program. I always recommend that my students couple their web design classes with some training in a program such as photoshop. Professionally, I use Micrografx programs such as Igrafx and Picture Publisher as I feel they allow me to be far more productive in a limited timespace. Unfortunately at this point in time I have yet to locate any good manuals in this program. For this reason I often train in those programs onsite, but without manuals. If you know of a manual in this area I would love to hear from you!

The following manuals are the ones that I use on a regular basis with my clients.
