Starting 8 years ago with nothing more than a battered old '486 and the determination to make a go of it, things have come a long way. My qualifications include that of a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Tasmania, Work Cat I and part of Work Cat II (train the trainer) I am professional member of the NIA (National Institute of Accountants) which helps me with resources necessary to help me perform at a high standard. As depicted on the front page of my website my aim is 'Quality work for a reasonable rate delivered by someone who cares' This came about from watching and dealing with others in my own industry. I watched businesses suffer and fall, and felt that there had to be something that 'could be done' - to date not one of my clients has fallen. I have also maintained a high client retention rate, something I am quite proud of. I look forward to the future and what it will bring - small business has as its nature surprises aplenty! Louise
